1. Can I buy State Traditions products from your website if I don’t have a PayPal account?
Yes, just click the PayPal “Add Item to Cart” button. We accept Visa & MasterCard — no PayPal account is needed but is an available method.
2. How do I return or exchange a product to State Traditions?
We want to make sure that you always get a perfect fit, so State Traditions will gladly exchange any unused product that you purchased from our website for the correct size. If you don’t like the product that you purchased from StateTraditions.com, just send that unused product back to us and we will give you a credit toward your next purchase. If you need to make an exchange or return, please contact us at Sales@StateTraditions.com.
3. Can I change my order after it has been placed?
It is possible to change your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. If you would like to change your order, please just contact us as soon as possible at Sales@StateTraditions.com.
4. When will my order be shipped?
Your order is typically shipped by U.S. Postal Service or Fed Ex. Orders received are usually shipped in 3-5 business days. On average, our orders arrive in 7-10 business days.
5. How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping costs are set by U.S. Postal Services and will be calculated at checkout.
6. Can you ship my order to an address outside the U.S?
Yes. Just contact us at Sales@StateTraditions.com to get information about our international shipping rates. All international orders are shipped via USPS.
